We are interested in hearing about your experiences as a carer during the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19). We want to find out whether COVID-19 has had any impacts on your caring role and if you have any concerns as restrictions ease.

This survey is for families or friends of a person with dementia – who are caring for them either at home or from a distance.

The survey should take around 15 minutes to complete – depending on how much you would like to say.
