The current community equipment service is responsible for delivering community equipment, i.e bathlifts, profiling beds, that are issued on loan to people with a disability. The contract is due to run out in two years’ time, and we are keen to gather views from service users, carers, staff and Southwark residents on how the service works well, as well as areas for development.
Please could the link be shared with members of your network below:
The answers to this survey will be shared with Southwark Council, so that we are able to listen to the needs of our community.
The answers will also be anonymously shared with the London Consortium, who are in charge of buying all future equipment services on behalf of the Council.
Please respond by Wednesday 14 July
Thank you for your support in sharing the survey, as Southwark needs your opinions on how to deliver the best service possible.
When the equipment is no longer required the provider can be contacted on 020 7231 6816 to collect the equipment on a convenient day.
Kind regards
Integrated Community Equipment Team
