Sometimes you may face problems with services that are being arranged by the council. Please find below details about the best ways to raise a complaint.
If you are unhappy with the quality of Southwark Council’s service, or in the way they dealt with your claim or enquiry, you can make a complaint.
If you want to make a complaint about a hospital, district nurse or some Mental Health services, you will need to contact that hospital directly as each hospital has their own process.
Sometimes you may face problems with carers who have been employed to help you with your care role.
