Share your thoughts or experiences of the COVID-19 vaccine

Healthwatch Southwark is looking to hear local people’s thoughts on the vaccine, whatever they are, and whether you’ve had the vaccine or not. Your concerns or positive experiences can help shape the vaccine programme as it expands to the whole population. The survey is anonymous and results with be shared with the CCG and Council.
