Free Yoga and Meditation webinars

Hi,

My name is Henry Asplin, writing to you from the Isha Foundation in London. Thanks to kind sponsorship from Southwark Council’s COVID-19 Community Fund, we would like to invite you and your community to our free yoga and meditation webinars for Southwark Residents.

In times such as these, it’s imperative that people have access to practical tools to help keep a sense of balance and stability within their physical and mental health. With inclusion at the heart of our organisation, our aim is to support as many Southwark residents as possible.

The practices that we intend to impart in an online video format are easy to learn, with no previous experience of yoga required. They have been designed for everyone above the age of 7 years and are non religious. The sessions will be guided live by a trained Isha Yoga Teacher.

Session titles will include: ‘Yoga for Immunity’, ‘Yoga for Health’, ‘Yoga for Wellbeing’, ‘Yoga for Success’, ‘Meditation for Mental Health’, ’Yoga for Joy’ and ‘Food for Wellbeing’. They will take place on Wednesdays at 6pm, and Sundays at 4pm.

More information can be found at: isha.london/southwark

Please let us know if this would be of interest to you, your community, or to any other Southwark residents in your network. We’d be happy to provide more information, or to answer any questions you may have.

Kind regards,
Henry
