Coping with Anxiety

About this Event

You are not alone in feeling anxious.

The group is a safe space to discuss any anxiety-related feelings, emotions, and everyday experiences of dealing with the burden of anxiety. Anxiety can really diminish the quality of everyday experiences, from school, work and relationships.

We invite people to find a safe space to share their feelings and thoughts. By sharing the problems are often lessened, and become easier with support of others.

This talk group hosts are honorary assistant psychologists from the psychology clinic Circle Psychology Partners and will offer participants some exercises which help in dealing with anxiety and difficult emotions.

Online sessions are held between 6-7:30 pm every Tuesday starting Tuesday 6th October.

Upcoming sessions:

  • Tuesday 6th October 6 pm – 7:30 pm

  • Tuesday 13th October 6 pm – 7:30 pm

  • Tuesday 20th October 6 pm – 7:30 pm

  • Tuesday 27th October 6 pm – 7:30 pm
