Enriching

Painful periods and more

Endometriosis is a commonly misdiagnosed condition where cells that normally line the womb are found elsewhere in the body. This is a chronic and often debilitating condition that can cause painful or heavy periods, may lead to infertility, fatigue and bowel and bladder problems. Come and join our discussion about endometriosis and have your questions answered.

About the speaker:

We’ll be joined by Clare who was diagnosed with endometriosis in 2016 and is a volunteer support group leader for Endometriosis UK. She co-runs the Royal Free Hospital Endometriosis Support Group and co-moderates the Endometriosis UK London Facebook Group. Clare is passionate about educating others about endometriosis and passing on information and providing support to those who are diagnosed with endometriosis and those who suspect they may have it.

This is a free event, but we are grateful for any donations. Suggested donation for this event is £5, which will be split between Endometriosis UK and Bell House.
