On Friday 13th, Carers Week 2014, will focus on raising the awareness and identification of young carers and encouraging all services, schools and colleges to do some kind of activity related to young carers, perhaps a lesson, an assembly or another awareness raising activity.
Southwark Carers are pleased to announce that we are hosting a Young Carers conference in our hall at the Walworth Methodist Church.  We are primarily focused on young carers in southwark but the event is open to everyone of any age.
