1000 Lives – Let’s talk about your health and wellbeing

Southwark’s Health and Wellbeing Board want to invite you and the people you support to a very special community event. 1000 Lives is a project that is collecting health stories from people who use health and social care services in Southwark and we want to hear your stories.

Please come along on:
When: Tuesday 25th February 11am – 5pm
What: Tell us your health story, help improve services for the future and enjoy a healthy lunch with us
Where:  InSpire, The Crypt at St Peter’s, Liverpool Grove, SE17 2HH

The information gathered on the day will play an important part in the development of the next Joint Health and Wellbeing Strategy (click here for the current Strategy).

The strategy will then be used by those who plan, design, buy and provide care services to Southwark residents.

The Forum Equalities and Human Rights has been identified as an organisation that plays an important role in our community and we would like your input and be a part of this process.

This invitation is open to you, your colleagues, networks and especially the people you support, we want to hear as many voices as possible –could you bring a group of people willing tell their story with you?
