Sustain is a free service which helps existing vulnerable social housing tenants to maintain their tenancy when at risk of losing their home, due to:

  • Rent arrears
  • Breach of a court order
  • Breach of tenancy clauses (e.g. antisocial behaviour)
  • Need of support to manage day to day tenancy issues.

The Camden Society provide person-centred service offering day activities for people with learning difficulties, supported through personal budgets or direct payments. The service has two building bases in Peckham and Bermondsey and offers creative and social activities at these bases and using community facilities.

Southwark Refugee Project

Southwark Refugee Project is a well established voluntary organisation serving the refugee community in the London borough of Southwark since October 1991. SRP was created by refugees and is managed mainly by refugees. We are an independent organisation and our services are free and confidential.

All refugees, regardless of race, colour, nationality, political opinion, religion, sex, marital status or disability, are encouraged to come to the office for advice and referral session. Remember! This project is for refugees and if you are one, make sure that you make use of the available services. All you need to do if you are coming for the first time is to come in one of our drop-in session, which is on Monday and Wednesday from 10.00am to 3.30pm

The Peckham One Stop Shop is your first point of contact for housing related queries if you live in the area. You can contact us to report neighbour problems or communal repair issues, as well as problems with estate cleaning, dog mess, graffiti, dumped rubbish or abandoned cars.
