We are aware that some Carers are able to combine caring with work and are not able to access services in normal working hours.
‘Think family’ means being alert to considering the impact of any event on other family members and alert to engaging with the person’s circle of support. It involves coordinating services and support so that they work around the family.
This will help support and maintain strong families and contribute to actively promoting wellbeing and independence, preventing or delaying people reaching a point where they would need ongoing care and support.
