The clinic is a free drop in service five minutes walk from Elephant and Castle staffed by LSBU Law student Volunteers under the supervision of practising solicitors.

We provide Basic information on any topic.

We provide generalist advice in any area of Social Welfare Law (except immigration)

We signpost and refer to appropriate local advice and legal services.

We provide specialist legal advice in Employment, Family and housing at thursday evening sessions (accessible only via an initial assessment at our daytime drop in)

The clinic is located at Caxton House, 13 – 16 Borough Road, Southwark SE1 0AA

Public drop – in sessions take place on:

Tues 10am – 12noon

Wed 10am – 12noon and

Wed 3pm – 5pm

during term – time only ( we are closed for the Easter vacation from 8 April to 23 April , and then reopen again until Wed 7 May).

Our drop – in sessions can get busy. Please encourage those you signpost to us to arrive early. We aim to see appox 6 people per session.
