NHS Southwark CCG and Social Care are looking to engage with people who have a diagnosis of dementia or are caring for a person with dementia in Southwark.
We want to understand what it is like to live with dementia in Southwark and how we can improve your experiences.
Some of the things we want to understand include:
There will be a free lunch and you will receive £20 for your time.
We can also provide free transport for you e.g. a taxi if you struggle with your mobility.
