This site is a free service for existing local authority and housing association tenants. It is a database of information given by tenants that want to move.
Applicants can search the database to find properties that match their requirements, either on their home computer, a family member or friend’s computer or any public access computer such as in your local library.

This website is exclusively for Southwark Council tenants and has been designed to bring people together who are looking to for a home swap. You can search for home swap anywhere in the UK, but to gain access to the full property and contact information you will need to register.
When you register on the mutual exchange list you need to provide details of your current property and details of the property you are looking for. We recommend you read the questions page before registering
Once you have found the tenant you wish to home swap with and you are both happy to proceed with the exchange you should fill in our online mutual exchange application form.
