It’s mental health week and according to Mind, 75% of people with mental health problems get no help at all. However, help is at hand.
SANE, a mental health charity, provides emotional support and information to anyone affected by mental illness, including families, friends and carers.
The charity’s mental health support services are completely confidential -with staff and trained volunteers with specialist mental health knowledge on hand to address your individual circumstances.
They also encourage you to feel part of the wider SANE community as we work together to address the complexities of mental ill-health including stigma, exclusion and isolation, as well as the daily challenges of living with mental illness.
Here’s how you can get support through SANE:
By sharing your experiences, you can address, tackle and raise more awareness about your mental health plight.
