The Princess Royal Trust for Carers are working with the University of Nottingham to find out what pupils who have to look after a parent or guardian need so that they, and other organisations, can provide the right sort of support and services for them and their families in the future.
Why do we want to talk to you?
We want to know more about young people who care for a parent or guardian, and what difference this makes to their school life. To do this we need to talk to both young carers and those who do not care for a parent or guardian.
The research report created will be used by those who can provide services for young carers.
To take part you MUST:
1. have the permision of a parent or guardian;
2. be aged between 5-16 years old.
The survey will take about 20 minutes and you will need to know your school grades or predicted grades.
These answers will be kept private, safe and confidential. Your name or details will never be made public.
