Share your views on the riots that took place in August
On August 8 this year,Londonsuffered the worst disturbances that our city has seen forÂ decades. In response to the disorder and looting, people across Southwark have come togetherÂ to condemn what took place and show huge community spirit in responding to what happened.
The Peace Wall in Peckham is one of many examples of Southwark at its best.
This yearâ€™s â€˜state of the boroughâ€™ debate will focus on what took place in August, and councilÂ leaders would like to continue the community conversations which have been taking placeÂ across the borough.
