Are you interested in helping to improve the health and wellbeing of people in Southwark and Lambeth? You can now apply to join Southwark and Lambeth Integrated Care Citizens’ Board.

Health and social care organisations and citizens have come together to help improve the health and wellbeing of people living in Southwark and Lambeth. Southwark and Lambeth Integrated Care is a network between GPs in Southwark and Lambeth, King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust, Southwark Council, Lambeth Council, Southwark NHS Clinical Commissioning Group, Lambeth NHS Clinical Commissioning Group, local people and communities. It is supported by Guy’s and St Thomas’ Charity.

The work is focused on services for older people and adults with long term conditions.

Citizens are fully involved in Southwark and Lambeth Integrated Care. Last year, we recruited people from the two boroughs to join the Citizens’ Board. They have been active across the whole programme. We now want to recruit additional people to join them on the Citizens’ Board. Do take this opportunity to come together with active and committed people in transforming health and social care for people in Lambeth and Southwark. Citizens’ Board members are not paid; however, we do reimburse relevant expenses.
