SOS!-SEN at the Southwark Carers ADDitude group

In this months Southwark Carers ADDitude group, we are delighted to present speakers from SOS!-SEN, a charity that assists with advice and advocacy relating to special educational needs.

In the changing context of the education system, getting the appropriate support in school for a child with special educational needs can be a challenge. We’ve had many reports from carers who find it to be a struggle, and therefore it is important that those who do feel this way get all the support they can.

SOS!-SEN is an independent charity that can provide help in this respect, and can advise carers on supporting their child to get a suitable educational plan which best takes into account their particular needs and requirements.

Join us on Wednesday 8^th of October for a chance to hear representatives of SOS!-SEN go into more detail about what they provide, and also for the chance to ask any questions you have about their service or your situation. Snacks and refreshments will be provided.
