Over the last 18 months, South London and Maudsley Hospital have been developing a strategy to improve personality disorder services.They have used the content of discussions  with many people including service users, carers, people working in mental health and related services to develop and prioritise their work for  the next few years.

The strategy is now in its final stage of development and they are sharing it widely to let people know how their input has influenced the plans.
