Join Silverfit for Silver Thursday sessions at Assembly of Sport, London South Bank University. Silver Thursdays offer those aged 45 and over the chance to meet new friends and be Silverfit! Already successfully launched in other London Boroughs, Silver Thursdays are offering a great opportunity to have fun, and get healthier at the same time.

These Silver Thursday afternoons will be offering Badminton and Spinning in the fantastic LSBU Sports Centre, all for just £1.00 for members (annual membership only £5.00).  They have qualified instructors who are long term industry professionals who aim to cater for the needs of each member.

3. 10.30 Onwards refreshments in the Campus Kitchen
