Hestia

Hestia provides a wide range of support for homeless and vulnerable people in London. In Southwark, it offers both mental health support and Personal Brokerage/Support Planning assistance. It works with people with learning disabilities and mental health issues to explore opportunities to jointly support plan with others and identify how those with shared or mutual interests and similar support needs could plan together and use their personal budgets together to meet their support needs and aspirations as well as accessing universal services.

Stepping Stones Project

Stepping Stones is a charity that provides educational, social, and leisure services for adults with learning disabilities. Based at St. Faith’s Centre in Herne Hill, South London,  we run weekly sessions in activities such as Cooking, Keep Fit,  Music, Dance, Drama, and Art.

Each session is run by a qualified tutor with many years experience of working with people with learning disabilities. Our classes provide a stimulating and safe space for our users to develop life and social skills, while building confidence and having fun.
