Family Mosaic are a large housing organisation, and provide care and support services to thousands of people who need extra support. Offers a range of housing and care support with a wide range of needs, with a particular focus on people with Learning Disabilities in Southwark. Hestia provides a wide range of support for homeless and vulnerable people in London. In Southwark, it offers both mental health support and Personal Brokerage/Support Planning assistance. It works with people with learning disabilities and mental health issues to explore opportunities to jointly support plan with others and identify how those with shared or mutual interests and similar support needs could plan together and use their personal budgets together to meet their support needs and aspirations as well as accessing universal services.Â
The South London Tenancy Support Service, run by SHP, helps people to manage their tenancies and keep their homes, and also provides a range of other services to promote independence and well-being. These include learning, development and employment advice to maximise opportunities for everyone to play a part in the life of the community.
