Residents needed for Observer article

Yvonne Roberts a journalist who writes for the Guardian and the Observer attended a welfare reform events held on the Rockingham estate in May 2013. Yvonne spoke to several residents, and was struck by the very difficult situations they are experiencing.

Yvonne has written several stories on the working poor, the living wage, benefit changes and debt. She would like to highlight the plight of around 3 families in Southwark.

You would have to be identified and photographed, the more personal stories she can gather, the stronger her piece can be about the opposition to the changes.
