NHS Southwark will be holding its Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 18 September 2012 at 6pm  – 7.30pm at Cambridge House, 1 Addington Square, Camberwell SE5 0HF.

There will be a health fair from 4 – 6pm offering free NHS health checks, advice on healthy eating, getting fit and staying stress free.  We will be serving some light refreshments from 5pm.

This year’s Annual General Meeting will be looking at how changes we have been carrying out over the last year across health and social care services improve patient experience and supports further our joint ambition to deliver services which are personalised and that empower people to live independently and maximise their quality of life.

We will also review our performance and achievements over the last year as set out in our Annual Report for 2011/12.  You can see a copy of the Reporthere and paper copies will be available at the meeting.
