New Southwark Wellbeing Hub Brochure launched

What is the Southwark Wellbeing Hub and how we can help?

We are a service providing information and support to anyone living in Southwark who is worried about their wellbeing, or that of someone close to them. We are here to help take the stress out of finding, choosing and receiving support.

The courses

We are working in partnership with SLaM Recovery College, Maintaining Health Partners and Southwark Psychological therapies service to produce a diverse and exciting timetable of workshops. The courses will take place at the Southwark Wellbeing Hub unless otherwise stated.

You can download a copy of the workshops timetable here

How can I access the courses?

The courses are free and open to anyone who has concerns about their wellbeing and lives in Southwark or has a Southwark GP.

How do I book a place or find out more?

Please contact us at the Southwark Wellbeing Hub for more information or to register for any courses that you are interested in.
