The new Southwark and Lambeth Integrated Care (SLIC) website has now launched. The website provides the latest information about integrated care in Southwark and Lambeth, so people can lead healthier and happier lives.
There is also information about the partnership, who it is made up of and what it is trying to achieve. It is a place where people from across the two boroughs can get involved in improving health and social care through giving feedback, taking part in surveys and showing interest in events.
