Mencap have some FREE creative sessions that will be held at the Menier Gallery, London SE1 between the 27^th May and Sat 30^th May.

• Animation–  produce and complete a short animation
• Sensory Story Telling– session for people with pmld (profound and multiple learning disabilities)
• Flower Arranging– produce an arrangement with fresh flowers to take home
• Free Film Screenings– professional films made by adults with learning disabilities and autism (drinks and nibbles served)
• Art classes – create art using techniques inspired by artwork in the exhibition
• Yoga / Relaxation –  learn and practice relaxation techniques
• Film Making sessions – try out at filming
• Music sessions – come and enjoy live music in this environment

On Wednesday 27th May there will be an exhibition of work from the Artists Holiday in the South of France. The opening night gala will run 18:00 – 21:00 and drinks will be provided.
