Wake up to lyme

This online talk will focus on tick bite awareness in the UK, the effects of lyme disease and how to prevent it. Lyme disease is now endemic throughout the UK, so awareness of ticks and how to prevent a bite is very important! Lyme disease can be an insidious illness if not diagnosed & treated promptly. Prevention is key to keeping yourself and your family safe.

There will be time for questions after the presentation.

About the Speaker

We will be joined by Julia, a representative from Lyme Disease UK. Lyme Disease UK is a charity run by healthcare advocates campaigning for increased knowledge & awareness of Lyme disease.

This event is free, but we are very grateful for any donations. Bell House and Lyme Disease UK are both non-profit, volunteer-run charities, so any donations go directly into providing our services. The suggested donation for this event is £5, which will be split between the two charities. Thank you!
