The Change Foundation

We wanted to reach out to you about a project called Girls Win, which offers free weekly sport, dance and mentoring clubs for young women with disabilities ages 15+. The coach mentors help the young women to set themselves goals for the future and connect with their communities. The weekly sessions run in term time and we offer free trips and events during school holidays.

We have a new Girls Win club in Southwark and we would love to spread the word about it and invite more girls and young women to join us. I have attached our flyer and written the session information below. Here is a link to our website with more information and a video showcasing the project – https://www.thechangefoundation.org.uk/programmes/

We wondered if there were any young women 15+ you may be working with or know of who may be interested or may benefit from the programme through Southwark Carers? The club is completely free and we are happy to speak with any young people or families who would like to find out more.
