This workshop is another great way of increasing the Carers awareness of the importance of healthy eating and helping them to understand and make the right choices in terms of their diet and well-being in a fun and stimulating, hands on way!

The workshop will also focus on how Carer’s can improve their diet, leading to various health benefits as well as making Caring slightly easier. Feel free to drop by and let us know your favourite veggie!
