Help us capture how the COVID-19 pandemic continues to affect carers’ lives
Today we’ve launched a new survey for unpaid carers to help us understand how the COVID-19 pandemic continues to impact carers’ lives. To ensure that as many unpaid carers as possible have the opportunity to take part in this research, please share this survey widely with your networks using this link:

How we will use the results of this survey
Carers’ experiences offer vital evidence as we continue to campaign for better support for carers. We’ll use this survey’s results to influence Government decision making, raise awareness of the issues carers face, and inform our expert advice and support.
Our previous impact
Our last Caring Behind Closed Doors survey was the first to be published on carers. This helped us to highlight carers’ experiences across the UK to the media. It helped us campaign for better guidance, better recognition, consideration in food schemes, testing for carers, PPE and specific advice to support juggling work and care. Some of this we have been successful on, some we continue to campaign for.We are now at a crucial point before winter, before the flu seasons starts and before the end of furlough at the end of October. We need your help to understand carers’ challenges and continue to campaign on the issues that matter to them.
