Community Investment Grants Review

  1. London Borough of Southwark (LBS) – Community Investment Grants Review

Covid-19 has shone an unflinching light on the levels of inequality and social insecurity across the borough. It has also highlighted how local civil society organisations have been vital to meeting community needs and continuing to support Southwark’s vision of a fairer future for all.

The Council is now undertaking a review of its funding of the voluntary and community sector with the aim of understanding the effectiveness of its investment and how this might be better prioritized to reduce inequality and deliver better outcomes for Southwark’s communities.

We are keen to hear from the sector, and that VCS organisations across Southwark have every opportunity to contribute to the review. There are three focus groups coming up with independent consultants who are conducting the review. There is also a short survey (10 minutes/20 questions): https://www.research.net/r/LBSGrantsReview (10

Please follow the links below either to register for one of the groups and/or to take the online survey.

If you have any questions about the review, please contact:  Niamh.Dunne@rocketsciencelab.co.uk
