NHS Southwark Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) and Social Care are looking to engage with people who have a diagnosis of dementia or caring for a person with dementia in Southwark.
They are asking you to come along and share your thoughts and your experience to ensure that they get the service right for local people.
They want to understand what it is like to live with dementia in Southwark and how they can improve your experiences.
Some of the things they want to understand include:
There will be a free lunch and you will receive £20 for your time.
They can also provide free transport for you e.g. a taxi if you struggle with your mobility.
The event is due to take place in September.
If you are interested in sharing your experiences, please contact Sophie Gray, NHS Southwark CCG, via email at sophiegray@nhs.net or telephone on 0207 525 5622.
