CoolTan Arts Largactyl Shuffle – Health Walk

Saturday 19th January

Start: Maudsley Hospital, Denmark Hill, SE5 8AZ
Ends: Burgess Park
Times: 12noon – 4:30pm
Cost: free/voluntary donation

Join CoolTan Arts Largactyl Shuffle, a guided, stigma-busting cultural walk, designed to encourage mental and physical wellbeing, through art, exercise, humour and history.

This January beat the winter blues and have a brisk health walk through Southwark. Walk and talk and enjoy an afternoon out, with creative, fun and easy ways to keep fit in the park.

Voted one of London’s Top Ten walks by Timeout magazine, the Largactyl Shuffle is fun, free, fully accessible and a great way to meet new people!

The walk leaders wear orange high-viz vests and rucksacks. Call CoolTan Arts on 07985 658443 if you cannot find the group of walkers on the day.

The walk is free but voluntary donations will be appreciated. Please wear comfortable shoes and bring a bottle of water. The walk is accessible to wheelchair users and people with disabilities.

All Welcome!
