AAWAZ – Southwark Asian Women’s Association

The Aawaz Southwark Asian Women’s Association offers a centre for South Asian women and children; advice and information on welfare rights, benefits, housing, harassment and physical/sexual abuse; signposting to other services, range of group activities; classes and courses designed to develop confidence and independence; some translation and interpreting; outings and cultural events; a playscheme for 5-16 yr olds, youth projects and a homework club.
