Cambridge House  is participating in the Big Draw on the 17th and 18th October (11:00am – 3:oopm).

19Plus is a group run by Cambridge House in Southwark for adults with moderate to severe learning disabilities which focuses upon social and life skills. All of the staff working on the provision are Arts trained and use creative methods as a medium through which they enable clients to express themselves and develop independent living skills. Hardest Hit: disabled people protest in October

On October 22 October disabled people, their families and friends will be taking to the streets in cities across the UK to protest against Government cuts to disability benefits and services, like DLA and ESA.

A national Hardest Hit demonstration and march was held in London in May and many people joined to protest against planned changes, but we know many more people weren’t able to travel that far on the day.  Read More…
